PAYMENT TERMS

If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the card-issuing bank's website to complete the authentication process. For information on additional identification rules and methods, please contact your card-issuing bank.

The security of online payment processing through the bank's payment gateway is guaranteed by the international PCI DSS security certificate. Information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology. This information is not accessible to third parties.

After payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

Your payment card details are guaranteed to be protected in accordance with PCI DSS security standards. Card details are entered on a secure bank payment page, and information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology. Further information is transferred through closed banking networks with the highest level of security. For additional cardholder authentication, the 3D-Secure protocol is used for VISA and Mastercard, and the EMV 3DS (Mir Accept 2.0) protocol is used for MIR cards. If the Issuer supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server to enter additional payment details. For the EMV 3DS (Mir Accept 2.0) protocol, a separate page for entering additional payment confirmation information may not be available if automated authentication is performed on the card issuer's side.

The consumer's right to terminate a service agreement is regulated by Article 32 of the Federal Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."

The consumer has the right to terminate a service agreement at any time by paying the service provider a portion of the price proportional to the portion of the service rendered prior to receiving notice of termination of the agreement and by reimbursing the service provider for expenses incurred up to that point in fulfilling the agreement, if they are not included in the specified portion of the service price.

If the consumer discovers defects in the service rendered, the consumer has the right, at their discretion, to demand:
free rectification of the defects;
a corresponding price reduction;
reimbursement of expenses incurred in rectifying the defects themselves or by third parties;
The consumer has the right to make claims related to defects in the service rendered if they are discovered during the warranty period, or if there is no warranty, to reimburse the service provider for any expenses incurred. Within a reasonable time, within two years from the date of acceptance of the service rendered;

The Contractor is liable for any defects in a service for which there is no warranty period, if the consumer proves that they arose prior to acceptance of the service or due to reasons that arose prior to that time;
