RULES OF STAY
ON THE TERRITORY OF THE WHITE MOUNT BOUTIQUE HOTEL
1.1. Cutting, felling, or breaking tree trunks and branches, or damaging shrubs or other greenery is prohibited on the property.
1.2. Throwing trash, including sunflower seeds and other food and sanitary waste, is permitted only in designated containers.
1.3. Feeding birds, small rodents, and wild animals is prohibited on the property.
1.4. Do not eat unfamiliar berries or mushrooms.
1.5. Smoking and lighting fires on the property are permitted only in designated areas, subject to fire safety precautions. During periods of increased fire danger, lighting fires is permitted only in designated areas. The use of grills, braziers, and campfires is prohibited only in the presence of hotel staff.
1.6. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guesthouses, including using e-cigarettes, vaporizers, hookahs, candles, mosquito coils, and other fire sources. 1.7. The use of sound amplification devices, listening to audio recordings, or broadcasts without headphones is prohibited in the common areas.
1.8. A quiet environment is observed throughout the hotel during nighttime hours (from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
1.9. Drinking alcohol, being intoxicated, aggressive behavior, swearing, and creating situations that disturb other hotel guests are prohibited in public areas of the hotel.
1.10. According to epidemiological safety regulations, guests with signs of acute respiratory viral infections, high temperatures, or other signs of illness are not permitted on the premises.
1.11. Vehicles are not permitted to leave the designated parking area, nor are cars and other vehicles allowed to park in areas not designated for vehicles, outside the designated parking area.
1.12. The use of pyrotechnics and the use of firearms, hunting weapons, and airguns is prohibited on the hotel grounds.
1.13. If a guest has a personal weapon, it is advisable to notify the receptionist on duty upon check-in. Carrying weapons throughout the glamping area is prohibited. The owner is responsible for storing weapons and ammunition independently, in accordance with current legislation.
1.14. Use of rented sports equipment and gear is permitted only after instruction and in compliance with safety precautions.
1.15. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in public places or near bodies of water without adult supervision.
1.16. Their legal representatives or persons authorized by them in writing are responsible for the behavior and safety of minors on the hotel grounds, as well as their compliance with safety regulations for rented equipment and gear.
1.17. Pets (small and medium-sized dogs) are permitted for an additional fee. Dogs may only be walked under the supervision of their owners, on a leash and wearing a muzzle. Dogs must be left on the hotel grounds, or left behind. Pets are not allowed to roam freely on the premises. Owners will be charged compensation if their animals damage hotel property. Pets in public areas must be kept on a leash and under the supervision of their owners.
1.18. The vacationer is personally responsible for the safety of their property and the property of any guest accompanying them during their entire stay.
1.19. The administration is not responsible for the safety of the vacationer's personal property or for the quality of products purchased from third parties.
1.20. According to the agreement, the vacationer is financially responsible for the safety of all movable and immovable property provided for their use throughout their stay.
1.21. If any violations of the above rules are discovered, the hotel administrator will draw up a report documenting the type of violation. The report will be signed by the administrator and the violator. If the violator refuses to sign the report, a corresponding note will be made in it and signed by one witness.
1.22. If damage to property is discovered, a Property Damage Report is drawn up, recording the extent of the damage and determining the cost of compensation. Damage is calculated by the Administration based on the market value of the damaged items, property, and equipment, and includes necessary transportation costs. Damage to material assets is assessed when drawing up the Property Damage Report. Damage caused by a hotel guest is reimbursed by them (or by a responsible person from the vacation group) on site in full in cash or by transfer to the details specified on the invoice.
1.23. Violators of paragraphs 1.1–1.3, 1.5–1.17 of these rules will be subject to a fine of 5,000 rubles for each violation.


ATTENTION! Deliberate acts of vandalism against property and buildings located on the grounds of the Belaya Gora Boutique Hotel fall under Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Vandalism"):

1. Vandalism, i.e., desecration of buildings or other structures, damage to property on public transport or in other public places, is punishable by a fine of up to forty thousand rubles or up to three months' wages or other income of the convicted person, or compulsory labor for up to three hundred and sixty hours, or correctional labor for up to one year, or arrest for up to three months.

2. The same acts committed by a group of persons, or motivated by political, ideological, racial, national, or religious hatred or enmity, or hatred or enmity toward any social group, are punishable by restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for up to three years.

1.24. Guests are fully and personally responsible for compliance with these rules for themselves and all guests staying in their room during their entire stay, as well as for the health and safety of all guests staying with them during their stay.
